"Overall decent value. The elevator is out and my room was on the 4th floor, so that was annpying but not a deal breaker. The breakfast was pretty dismal, but that's expected. The room had some stains on the floor, smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, and there was old socks behind the night stand. The beds were comfy and the sheets and pillows were nice and clean"

"Amazing location close enough to most attractions in Houston, and just far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. The view in the back yard is perfect and great for bird watching as well. The home was clean and a fantastic way to end along evening. The host is amazing and communicated/responded very quickly. Check in was exceptionally easy as well!!! Great stay if you plan on visiting the Houston area."

"Place looked and smelled dirty, some kind of stain on the ceiling in the bathroom and something I’m not sure in the elevator was there when I checked in at midnight and was still there at 9am when I checked out, no person to talk to when u check out they have a metal roll down door that’s closed, very strange so I heard people talking so I slid my card under the metal door and left "

"Parking was easy. Checkin was quick. Had a couple of nightowl neighbors and breakfazst could be better but, other than that, no complainrs. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"There had recently been a water break. The hotel was filthy and everything smelled musty. Elevator was down for half the stay. First room was so awful we were going to leave but went ahead and took the third floor room they put us in because it was very late. Our room was avearge but there was majot construction going on in the hotel all around us. Would not stay here again. "

"There were rooms that were locked appropriately with a master lock and other rooms that were mysterious and locked by magnet. In our eyes, the home owner could have been there or anyone else in those rooms. The railing on the top deck was falling off and not safe. It would be easier to fall the from the deck three floors above ground. Lighting in the house was not sufficient. "
