"This hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious"

"The room was not cleaned after the first night, and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The food was okay, but the juice machine wasn’t working, and there was always something missing at breakfast, not enough sausage, not enough waffle batter, and the cereal machine wasn’t working either. The hallways near the rooms had a weird smell. I had to go to reception 3 times because card was not activated. Overall, I think you get what you pay for. It’s probably okay if you’re only staying for one night. On the positive side, it’s close to NASA."

"We have a problem with Hotel.com. We wanted to cancel one room, but I was not able to do it. My booking didn’t show up in Hotel.com . I received email of my booking. When I try to edit my booking, link was not working. I tried to look my booking by booking number, it didn’t work. I end up paying two room charges to the hotel instead of one. Why this happened please explain. "

"Great open place... so much space! We were so pleasantly surprised with the amount of space you have. Everything was very clean.We were a little short of supplies (one extra garbage bag and very little toilet paper so we had to bring some from my sister's). We had enough when arrived, just after a few days it was running out.Overall a wonderful property!"
