「The breakfast was very good. The air conditioning unit was rather noisy and the mattress was definitely on the firmer side. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room clean and neat.」

I told the person at the desk as we were checking out, and showed him a picture. He said he would get the manager to call me, that never happened. I couldn’t eat the breakfast thinking if that was their standard of cleanliness I wasn’t taking a chance, which was the reason I chose that hotel.」

「We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites.
