「Hako Riero was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and very high tech. It had a 7 eleven in walking distance and very close to the Hakkne-Yumoto train station. I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Nice quiet neighborhood tucked on top of a hill. Place was clean, modern and well stocked and convenient to Hakone-Yumoto station (10 min walk). Recommend!」

「Nonostante la posizione defilata dal centro, un posto davvero incantevole. Struttura bellissima」

「We suppose there was two buildings for this bnb which is B-1&B-2, but it’s not! It was a one building separated 2 parts, therefore, the house was very small, the toilet was super small. No coffee or any tea bags provided, have to pay for washing machine. It’s not user friendly for guests. 」

「I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. 」

「環境非常乾淨，退房後落了雨傘，非常感謝業主火速幫忙寄送到東京的飯店，訊息回覆得很迅速；這裡九點後對安靜的要求比較高，如果喜歡在深夜開派對或者有相關安排的可能比較不適合，但如果有使用廚房需求的話，廚房的用品非常齊全，我很喜歡☺️」

「体が不自由な人には適さない宿でしたが、温泉が最高でした♪ 車が何台かでの大人数での宿泊でも駐車スペースの心配はありません。また機会があれば利用したいです。」

"Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip."

"這間飯店有非常廣闊，而且視野良好的大浴池，對於鐵道迷而言更是不可多得，因為大浴場或者其中一邊的房間可以直接看到三島車站。三島也有非常多有名的鰻魚飯餐廳。這個位置可以輕易到達沼津或熱海，是非常不錯的旅遊中繼站。"

"房間看起來雖然沒有非常新穎，不過整體而言還算舒適。前台服務人員也很熱心服務，幫我撥打電話給租車公司更改還車地點。箱根本身景點不算多，如果都要搭車，時間可能比較不好掌握，選擇自駕停留一晚，非常值得品味飯店的晚餐與早餐，餐點雖然不是非常多樣，不過有考量到各國飲食的不同，不會只吃到日本特色食物。"
