「The hotel is located in the beautiful hills of the Berkshires right on the border on new York and Massachusetts, which provides the most amazing views of your room. The room itself is very spacious and luxurious; the bed was also extremely comfortable, which is rare from my experience. I definitely recommend eating a meal at the hotel restaurant. I had the lemon shrimp (highly recommended) and the 16oz steak (also highly recommended). I definitely plan on coming back for another stay.」

I don't understand the complaints about the noise or rude staff, becauee we experienced the exact opposite. The staff were warm & welcoming, and very friendly. Overnight, it was peaceful and quiet. 「The location of this hotel is excellent. However, there was blood on the bathroom floor, stains on the sheets, and the fridge reeked of beer. When we asked the maintenance crew to give us five minutes to get out of the room, the cart was outside our door so we assumed that they would return and change the towels. They did not. The gentleman who checked me in was lovely; however, there was no one in the office when we checked out.」

「We had a comfy stay at the Nautical Nest. Check-in was super easy. The room was clean and spacious. The AC unit helped keep the room cool on a hot day but turned off and on during the night which is a helpful energy saver but not great for sleep. Would stay here again.」
