“It was very reasonable. Great value hotel”

“From the moment my wife and I stepped onto the resort we felt treated like royalty. Walking up to the front desk we were met with someone offering us a fresh coconut drink, followed by a damp towelette, then we were presented three girls dancing to tropical music for us. Great way to start a vacation! Later, when we first walked into our room, we were pleasantly surprised at the newness and super cleanliness of it all. Very modern, clean and complete. The bed was a king size, with a comfortable……

“I love that the towels smelt very fresh and clean. Night receptionist very friendly and great smile with great understanding. However, two suggestions bathroom tiles needs regrouting and mattress needs changing just an upgrade. Overall, thank you always see again ”

“Beach, pool and scenery were great. On line they say they have tennis courts, pool tables, ticket and excursions, 2 restaurants....all non existant, and half the menu items were unavailable, yet no offer of partial refund for so much missing!”

“The property had very friendly and helpful staff and there was a security guard on site. The toilet lacking a seat was a bit unsettling but the hot water was nice and they turned the generator on when the power went out even though it was daylight. So it was nice, not an amazing hotel but perfect for a budge and I'll probably go back.”

“When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day……
