「Super close to all the Saugatuck/Douglas action, but outside of the busiest areas, so it was nice and peaceful! Room was clean and well kept. The decor could use a refresh maybe, but it was still in good shape. 」

「This is a charming little place and we really enjoy staying here whenever we are in this part of Michigan. The receptionist seems like he’d rather be anywhere else but working and is not very friendly. The gift shop is also a mess and full of clutter. Otherwise, we really like it. They provide ice from a cooler and wine openers if you are in need. Parking slots are oddly designed, but convenient. Restaurants and like Phil’s and The Southerner are delicious. For fun, rent a bike and ride around...

「Beautiful new hotel! Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only had issues with the tv as channels such as espn were not live and were old games and segments. Could not watch live football games. Amenities were excellent and property was clean. 」

「There is too many noises, from refrigurator, outside, room nearby. And the bed is too soft to keep position, always fall into middle, bad experience.」

「The staff was really nice and helpful especially when my husband and I didn’t know how to open our baby’s pack and play. We called the front desk to ask for help and within minutes we had multiple people come to our aid. The room was clean overall but the bathroom could have been cleaned more throughly. Lots of fast food options nearby as well as a Walmart, which came in handy when we forgot a few essentials. In terms of attractions- The Dutch Village was close by- less than 5 minutes by car and...
