Overall it was a clean and comfortable hotel. The free breakfast was also delicious. However, as others have written, the noise from the bedside is extremely loud. It's quiet unless the person next door is taking a bath.

The attitude of the staff makes the difference.

Requires supervision, the common areas are neglected, as an example the entrance to the elevator in B1 is extremely dirty. The restaurant staff, very professional and friendly, made us have a very pleasant time.

チェックイン時スタッフの方の対応は素早く的確でした。部屋はゆったりと広く、清潔感もとても良く、外から戻って来た時、落ち着きます。徒歩1〜2分でコンビニが2軒あり、とても便利。歩いて芝山駅に向かうと、途中に公園があって、くつろいだり、簡単なエクササイズもできます。
