“The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and the room was very clean. Dinner and breakfast are great and with enough privacy. The onsen facilities were also enjoyable. The only drawback is that there isn’t a convenience store nearby. In general, this is a great hotel but only for road trip travelers.”

“The room with the outdoor onsen is at the lowest floor. Unfortunately the corridor is with the smell of mould and the smell is very serious within the room.
Cockroaches were found and I did kill one at 4 am. I told the reception staff at check-out in the morning, appears that they did not show any care about this.”
