「This is a great little villa, renovated from a traditional Kyoto townhouse. The 8 of us were quite comfortable. The host was thorough, attentive, and demonstrated impeccable attention to detail. Convenient location for the train. We would most certainly stay here again. 」

「Great value for money. 3 rooms on 2nd floor and 1st floor is common area with toliet, shower, kitchen, refrigerator.
Traditional Japanese style room. Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof.
No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room.
Place is located on the side of small car road, not inside. Search '清舎' on google map.」
