English bilingual skills were very good and helped answer all our questions, very helpful and attentive. Hotel onsen was quaint and peaceful. "Hotel The Mitsui was a phenomenal hotel. The amenties, design, and cleanliness were truly standout. The private onsen was lovely. The attentiveness and knowledge of the hotel staff really is top notch. The Japanese style breakfast was beautifully presented. This is one of the best urban hotels I’ve ever stayed in Japan or Europe. I will definitely be returning when I come back to Kyoto. I highly recommend this hotel. "
