"The hotel is great for a stay, but old and the fine details are lacking a bit. Our room on the third floor was showing signs of wear with a delaminated bathroom door and a weird bathtub that felt like you were standing on a cushion. The room was clean and well appointed. I had the delux king and the rate was reasonable "

"The main entrance and parking is on the East sidel and the check-in counter is on the West side which is not Easley accessible. Very poorly laid out hotel. The thermostat in the room did not work."

"Not worth the price. You charge $350+ per night, where in terms of amenities you make a 3ft deep pool and a tiny gym. Bad collections were very limited. On top of all these, you have to charge for petty things, like, 5$ to server cold breakfast in takeaway bag in the room, 10$ for a microwave in the room. Even the cheap motels do not charge for such things, and this hotel is doing so after charging more than 350$ per night "

"This is a good, basic hotel. It was clean and met the standards for a decent, simple stay!"

"Excellent breakfast. Wide selection of quality food to suit every taste. Staff were genuinely friendly and ready to help. Kitchen was good. Would like have have had a kettle, corkscrew and bread knife, but no deal breker. I would defi ley recommend,and stay again. "

"Old hotel, getting a facelift... until that's completed I would avoid. Mattress was extremely saggy, and just felt dirty. "

"The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. "
