The Space:
Retreat to this beach themed oasis with your family or friends in a little nook of Tampa called Seminole Heights. It’s a popular destination for the locals who enjoy its bars, vintage shops, galleries, and bohemian scene.

Spend time in the bright yet tranquil living room and dining room area of the home, while catching up on your favorite Netflix shows or playing the MANY fan favorite games! Cook up a delightful meal in the fully stocked retro kitchen.

Upstairs and away from the rest of the home you will find the spacious bedrooms equipped with Queen-sized, comfortable, memory foam beds & dreamy Florida Beach decor.

The bathrooms offer shampoo and conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer and extra towels, to equip you for a perfect stay!

Walking just a few blocks you’ll discover coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and many other local favorites.

A short Uber ride of about 5 to 10 minutes will get you to Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Armature Works, Hyde Park, South Tampa, The Port, Tampa International Airport, Lowry Park Zoo, The Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, The Straz Center, and SO much more. This house is very centrally located.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home! Enter through the front door of the bungalow and tap in your keyless entry code and voila, you’ve arrived at your home away from home!

There are many free street parking spots in front of the house. It will not be difficult to park!

Guests have additional access to shared spaces such as the large yard and back porch which contain the washer/dryer shared by all three units on the property.

This is Seminole Heights, otherwise known as the foodie district. You will be five to ten minutes from the port, the airport, Downtown, Channelside, Ybor, Busch Gardens and SO MUCH MORE!

The Neighborhood:
Seminole Heights is also known as the foodie district. Therefore there are a ton of busy restaurants within a short distance. This neighborhood is over all quiet and in a historic district. Because the city is just five minutes away it is a lot more fast paced than the suburbs.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the following:

1. Florida is Tropical. In such an environment, we frequently encounter local wildlife which includes insects. Our home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters . However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as the place is treated). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund for the occasional dead or live bug. It's Florida and that’s part of our environment. If you happen to see a bug just let us know and we can spray for you! We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay but we must mention it.

2. This is a 1920s Bungalow and comes with quirks and charm. Sometimes 100 year old homes aren’t right for everyone. Please send us a message if you have any questions or are in doubt about your booking.

3. Both bedrooms are located on the second story, up a flight of stairs. If you have special accessibility needs and have issues with climbing up or downstairs, let us know, we may have another unit that is more accessible.

4. This is a guest house, on a large lot with two additional homes located on the same property.

5. The washer / dryer is located outside on the back porch of the main house. This is a shared space that the additional 3 units have access to on the property and you will see a clear sign that says "Laundry Room"! We offer free Laundry Detergent inside your unit for your convenience and use. We ask that you use the washer/dryer between the hours of 8:00AM - 9:00PM to respect the other guests during their stay.

6. No keys to lose or to return — woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book!

7. We do politely ask guests to respect quiet hours from 11pm-8am both inside and outside for our neighbors.

9. Lastly the home is beach themed, not on the beach! The closest beaches are Cypress Point Park or Davis Island Beach — both are about 15 minutes. The more popular beaches are about 40-50 minutes away — St Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, and Tarpon Springs are all great!

Our Policies:

NO PETS ON FURNITURE: We know you love your animals, but we kindly ask that you keep them off of our furniture as it can leave a smell, stains and hair that is hard to remove.

NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
