  • Come and enjoy are newly remodeled apartment in the heart of Tampa. We are located in the trendy Seminole Heights neighborhood and just minutes from downtown. Apartment provides lots of privacy and security with a gated courtyard entry. Our historic building was built in early 1920's with lots of modern upgrades. The apartment is loaded with amenities perfect for long or short term stays. Courtyard has a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Ample parking on both sides of building and have video surveillance. Check out the other VRBO listings in our building 1139121, 1110635, 1108895, 1154884, and 1298145. We look forward to having you stay with us!

Tampa Food trip

This apt was in a great spot. I came to get Cuban food. Great restaurants close to the property which was nice due to the traffic in Tamoa.

Perfect stay

Very clean and exactly as described in listing, the outside are is very cute with a sitting area and grill. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean, definitely for just two people but perfect for that. Has everything you could need to enjoy your stay.

Solid place to stay in Tampa

Outside of a few maintenance quirks, this place is awesome. Cant beat the price. It was quiet, clean, and in a good location.

Hey...beds were good. Everything clean etc. It's in a 'complex' (so to speak) and some of the (apparently) live-in types were, ummm, let's just say they were not the sort we're used to associating with.But, solid place. Wouldn't stay for 2 weeks but great for a couple of nights--

Cozy stay

We had a cozy stay in this one bedroom apartment. It is in close vicinity to many tourist spots like the Tampa Zoo, Marine Walk, Museums etc. Fortunately they have designated parking, or parking on the streets can get tricky.

My 4th stay

This was my 4th time staying at the one of Host’s units. I love the area, it’s always quiet. The unit is exactly as it appears on the listing. However, the picture can tell you how comfortable the bed is, you’d have to book it for yourself.
