Impressively done set up. There were only two toilet paper rolls in the house and the downstairs tv more than likely needs to be replaced. Those were minor negatives.

Cozy and clean

Very nice townhouse. Lots of storage and kitchen supplied everything we needed. Great location too, close to shopping and restaurants. Kim and Charles are an awesome team!! Very helpful and friendly.

Better than expected

The unit was very clean, spotless to be exact which is very important. It was actually nicer than I expected. I walk every day and the subdivision was very nice and I felt very safe. The initial code that we received to get into the unit did not work so I had to call and have it reset and they were very nice and very helpful. An overall good experience we would stay there again!

We loved our stay at this property. Home was clean and most comfortable. The only suggestions we have is we would have liked having wine glasses and a few towels bars. In general more kitchen dishes and pots and pans. Property managers were most receptive to our emails/texts and replied ever so quickly. A real plus! Thank you and we certainly would come back. Exceptional Accommodations

A sporting event brought us to stay at Kennewick Meadow View gated community. Not only were the accommodations conveniently located to Wiregrass Sports complex but to all the shopping and restaurants that Wesley Chapel has to offer. The townhome was very clean and well furnished and allowed plenty of room for our family. The community was extremely quiet and relaxing. They even left welcoming snacks and plenty of starter items for dishes, laundry, and bathroom necessities. The communication from the rental company from start to finish was exceptional. We will definitely stay at Kennewick Meadow View on our next trip to Wesley Chapel.

Let me get this out first because I know your interest is the property the pictures don’t do it justice absolutely perfect what made this experience so amazing and easy was Kim trust me when I say I can be a pain in the butt and my house is undergoing construction and blah blah blah blah I absolutely would not go anywhere if it is not owned or managed by this amazing wonderful lady she has restored my faith in humanity and put all of my stress about VRBO and vacation rental nightmares to rest thank you so much

Excellent amenities and great host

Overall the home was lovely. Fantastic location, amenities, exceptionally clean and wonderful communication from a very considerate and welcoming host. The only issue (and the only reason that I didn't give a 5 star rating) is that the home had a horrible cigarette smell, it literally attacked us as we walked in the door. We arrived late and had busy plans the next day, so only when we had the opportunity to spray almost a half a can of febreeze could we comfortably be in the home. The host was incredibly understanding and offered many options to help the next day and confirmed it was a non smoking rental and must have been from the previous guest who had checked out that day. I feel for her, but it was very frustrating issue to deal with for a non smoking rental and it negatively impacted our first evening and day at the home.
