A great house in an up and coming neighborhood. Perfect for my family's trip to Tampa. Close to Busch Gardens, downtown, and sports. Would definitely stay here again

Weekend trip to Tampa

We came to Tampa to visit with family and stayed for 2 nights. Overall the property was as it was shown. Property was clean and well maintained. Had an issue with the WiFi but Kathie helped us resolve it quickly. The neighborhood was nice and the location was within a few miles to Tampa Zoo and Ybor City. We would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant Stay, very cute decor

We had an overall great stay for 4 nights at the property. It is a nice space and really close to the airport. Thitse considering booking should note that the pool isn't very appealing. My kids were happy to jump right in, but it was freezing cold and filled with debris and leaves. However, the manager was very responsive when we mentioned it. They sent the tech out to check on the filter because it didn't seem to be running. I think the tech fixed it but it shut down again. Also the nice shaded backyard means that leaves find their way into the pool. We chose this house after another property cancelled on us last minute. I did note that this place was listed at a lower price point than comparable places with in ground pools and hot tubs. I think that makes sense and I still give 5 stars because setting it at a lower price point correctly reflects the outdoor offerings of the property. The interior was perfect and very clean. I would recommend, especially if you don't think you'll need the pool!hhappy to

This property was very nice and the property manager was very accommodating and friendly - even stopped by to check on things. We were very happy with how clean it was and we found it very comfortable as well. Loved the layout and it was very nicely decorated. Felt safe there and would recommend this property.

This was the first time using Vrbo and I really appreciated the patience they had with me and all my questions. The house was really cute and space for all worked out well. We were there for an event so not there a lot tried to use pool but not quite warm enough yet. All in all we enjoyed.
