Location and Value

This property was surprisingly affordable for a 2B/2b townhome. The location is really convenient to so many things — medical, hair salons, restaurants, gas stations, CVS — seemed like anything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive. (Both bedrooms are upstairs, if that matters to anyone.)Property is not new or fancy/high tech (and a few of the nearby duplexes are needing to be upgraded) but 617 was in very good shape (especially for a pet friendly unit), clean, safe, and very comfortable. Really great value.

Two bedrooms functionally furnished in old South Tampa neighborhood. Not the "luxury estate", it's proximity to Swann- MacDill intersection is convenient to Tampa without metro setting.Comfortable

Stay for Gasparilla

Great location and property for all the festivities - just a nice walk or short Uber drive to wherever you want to be. We didn't spend much time in the property, but it was clean and comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. This property is a great value! Stop scrolling and reserve it now!

Perfect for moving our son out of UT for the semester

Great property. Easy parking. Laundry right out back. Comfortable and cozy. The neighbors are quiet although I was initially a little bit concerned. The area seems very safe. Much better than a hotel room.

spring training visit

great house - proximate to MacDill AFB and Steinbrenner Field. Only drawback is it says "sleeps six", but there are only 3 beds. With 4 or more men, that's a problem

The owners were lovely, the place was pretty clean, nice decor.....BUT THE NOISE was terrible. You can hear everything from the unit nextdoor....it was very loud. Would not stay there again.

Nice family rental

We rented the house so we could do a small thanksgiving meal with our daughter who is at the university of Tampa. The kitchen was small and well stocked for us to do the meal. Everything was great except doing the application and sending in my OD at check-in. It would have been better to do that when we booked versus when we checked in ( and we're tired and hangry from driving) but it all worked out.
