River Views in Temple Terrace.

The house and property were perfect for our family get away. Sitting on the patio watching the river roll by was so relaxing. The WiFi was strong allowing me to work while there. Lots of restaurants close by as well as grocery stores.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy

No internet, oven, or effective support

The internet connection was out for the entire 10 day duration of my rental. Despite daily calls about this nothing was done to fix it during my stay. Other serious problems included that the oven was unusable due to the main door having fallen off and been taped shut. The yard was covered with trash which I had to collect and remove. A door handle and a rack in the bathroom were both broken on arrival, just pushed into position so that they broke on first use. The roof/siding had gaping holes including some around a light with loose wiring dangling. The whole house was dirty with dead lizards within the window screens.
