"The location of the hotel is good and convenient. It's just a few min to reach the tourist area. The room is big and clean and is comfortable for the stay. Having a parking lot is good however the staff is not as helpful as I thought. The instruction to the parking facility is a bit confusing which I think they should improve as a 4-star hotel."
