“Das Haus, Grundstück, Einrichtung sind wirklich wie auf den Bildern sehr gut. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Jack Russells für 10 Tage hier. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden auch Toilettenpapier und Spültabs. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.”

“Was very nice view and furnishings. Appreciate the heavy metal doors for security. A few issues: The sliding gate had to be opened by hand. Maybe time to fix the power opener? The yellow gate by the street could use a simple fix so it latches. The latch was rusted shut. A simple hit with hammer might fix it. Need to add a bottle opener. Provide toilet paper and spare roll. The stove was hard to figure out. Provide instructions how to use inductive type stove. Provide instructions for trash and……

We spent 10 days at the palms and enjoyed every minute.We arrived earlier than expected as we decided to drive from Leicester to the villa over two days Audrey kindly allowed us to check in early and met us at the villa later in the afternoon. Communication was first class from the time of booking to the time of arrival. We are a family of 9, kids ages ranging from 5 up to 14. “Miquel est très sympathique et réactif. La maison est typique, située dans un petit village, agréable pour une semaine (équipements extérieurs au top, piscine, vue sur les montagnes, grands espaces). Cependant le ménage étant à la charge des locataires precedents, l'hygiène n'était pas au rendez vous, nous avons fait le ménage à notre arrivée. Il faut également savoir que l eau n'est pas potable, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l annonce. Le gros point noir de notre séjour, le chenil présent……

“Die Lage ist wunderbar, wir waren Ende Dezember da. Jedoch ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und für die Jahreszeit nicht geeignet. Wir hatten eine mobile Strom-Heizung für das riesige Wohnzimmer und eine Klimaanlage im kleinen Flur mit Heizfunktion für drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder (perfekt um mit Schwiegereltern mit offener Tür zu schlafen). Das alles reicht nicht um das Gebäude warm zu halten, geschweige die Feuchtigkeit rauszubekommen und Wärme reinzubringen.Somit mussten wir den Ofen……
