「Great house, has everything you need, was a great base to come and go as we where in the area for a wedding, cosy, comfortable,and private very handy to shops, we where really impressed photo's don't do it justice was lovely and clean and felt very welcoming.」

「My sister and two nieces stayed from Auckland. It was a wonderful break with treasured family. We only used the hot tub once as we were so busy. Highly recommend.」

「Our 3rd stay at Bellbird! The perfect location, a gorgeous wee forest walk from the lake. Comfy bed, lovely warm fire with alternate heating means. The wifi has improved greatly and we even enjoyed some netflix. Roomy, we wanted for nothing. 」

Thankfully a washing machine and somewhere to dry clothes after several days on the road.It also an easy stroll to the main Richmond shops with some great cafes, restaurants and other shops. (I found the ladies at the Health & Herbs shop very helpful).Thanks to Daphna for making this space available 」

「Four of us (adults) stayed for a long weekend. The weather was rubbish so stayed a large part of that indoors playing games. The lounge was warm and spacious so it suited us just fine. The place sleeps nine which meant one of the bedrooms, i felt, was a bit cluttered with beds and hard to get around. Overall very happy and would stay again」

「Such a wonderful part of Golden Bay, close to everything, especially Collingwood, Pakawau and incredible Wharariki Beach and Farewell Spit. Great bach which comfortably accommodated our family. Beautifully located between estuary and beach.」

「This was probably the best-organized, best-equipped place I've ever stayed. Toys and games, bicycles, first-aid kit, extra linens ... just absolutely everything you could need or want. The property is very quiet and peaceful, but just a 7-minute walk to High St. We especially enjoyed the peaches and pears from the fruit trees. 」

「This lovely home was just perfect. Cosy and inviting right by the beach and grateful we could enjoy this with our dog. The views from the master just so relaxing and blissful to listen to the waves at night, and watch the sun rise. Birdlife galore, sweet garden and everything you could need, or a cafe just a five min bike ride away. Not flashy, but luxury in all the good ways! Thank you!」

「Excellent location which was peaceful and lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook many of our meals.Great walking beach. Reasonably priced and responsive owner of the property.」
