hi thanks for your feed back but not true , we replaced towel etc every day and gave you tea & coffee etc everyday for studio unit , we have standard size car parking passed by Govt

Thank you for your feedback. Our staff did try their best to rectify the issue with the TV and it turns out that the issue was due to an external upgrade that we weren't aware of. We sincerely apologise for this. We hope to have you stay again so you can completely enjoy your time with us.
