• Accidental Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $59 accidental damage waiver is required for each reservation and provides coverage for up to $1,000 in qualifying accidental damage to the rental property. To qualify, damage must be reported to Provident before checkout.
The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, smoking, unauthorized pets or guests, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, fines, or damage exceeding $1,000. Guests remain financially responsible for excluded damage and any costs above the coverage limit.

Unfortunately this was not our best Vrbo experience. First, the positives. Communication was decent, the location was nice, and there was a nice pool area that we enjoyed. The staff we encountered were very sweet and helpful. However, if cleanliness is a big thing for you…look elsewhere. At a glance walking in, it was “clean.” Actually staying there for 4 days and looking a little closer…it definitely wasn’t and it needs a deep cleaned. The worst was the bedding. The down comforter was just between two sheets and looked like it hadn’t ever been washed…several stains. The pillows were yellow and stained as well. The top white sheet had the runner thing laying across the bed that you can see in the pictures and they were filthy and dirty. The baseboards had splatters of who knows what all over them in the bathroom. Filthy dishes in the cupboards, dried crusty stuff in the “clean” dishwasher, visible dust bunnies in the globe of the fan above the bed, etc, etc. I reached out after our stay and was told I should have reported it to the front desk- but at that point we were moved in and coming and going a lot. Staying there to have the place deep cleaned when we were already in just wasn’t going to work. I asked if there would be compensation for cleaning fees and was told it was “escalated.” Again, there were positives outside the room but if cleanliness is a biggie for you, stay somewhere else.
