“I was looking for somewhere that could accommodate my elderly parents and found this lovely place in Tawas City. There are some steps but certainly much more mobile friendly for my parents than many of the waterfront homes I was seeing available. The home is beautifully appointed and honestly the views, the views, the views!!! Frank & Jennifer are amazing and very responsive to inquiries/questions. Sadly, my sister and I realized that this would probably be the last trip we will be able to take……

“I had no idea Caseville was such a Margaritaville town!! So much fun! Good food, really neat and unique shops, and great sunsets! I loved my stay in Caseville, and Sunset Shanty was a great place to call home for a few days. Very comfortable, all the amenities, fun decor, very clean, convenient location. My friend and I had a very nice, and fun, stay!!”
