「The young man that checked me in was very polite. The room was very nice with a comfy leather recliner. My only complaint would be that the room smelled like perfume. Very strong perfume. Like someone dumped a bottle somewhere. I’m guessing that it was from a previous guest ???」

「My husband and I spent the weekend here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and such a refreshing escape from the city. We enjoyed watching the birds, but the highlight for me was seeing the baby deer roaming around. It was magical. At night, the stars were breathtaking, and the quiet made it even more special. 「Definitely not for the mobility-challenged - the ladder-stairs to the loft don't really give you a lot of good hand-holds so it felt precarious to us. super cozy decor, comfortably maintained, and lots of other nice touches. if you're spry it's a lot of fun, i'm sure. the loft is a small space, with a nice gas fireplace. i still think a spiral staircase would fit the space well...」
