"New parking charge of £10 per day. Ants in bedroom, pool locker jammed and had to wait 25 mins to get clothes etc and asked for a towel to be told to use the hairdryer to warm myself. No plug in wash hand basin. Feel that hotel has been let to run down lately. Food expensive !!! "

"Great central location. Staff from reception to breakfast were helpful and friendly. Shout out for Luke who made a fantastic first impression when we checked in. We had a corner room which was very spacious. The hotel was extremely well maintained in all area. The gym was a bonus and well equipped. All in all a very good experience, would definitely use again when visiting Dundee "

"Very very dated. Room - carpet faded, stained, worn. Woodwork rotten and dirty. Main light did not work. Heater rusted with dirt and barely worked. Curtains dated and dirty. Reception - non existant unless phoned."
