「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」

「good service and location」

「Location was excellent. Welcoming staff. Excellent bell services. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great too except the services were not as friendly. 」

「Extremely convivient location to Duomo and Gallerie and Montenapolitaneo, major shopping areas. Lots of resturants around. Hotel is nice. Would come back again」

「Excellent location and best experiences of the service and accommodation」

「Bed is comfortable and breakfast was very nice」
