“O quarto é amplo com bom chuveiro. É um prédio muito antigo que combina com a cidade. Achei incrível a experiência. Era muito agradável e em uma ótima localização, para fazer tudo a pé e com opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. São poucas escadas para subir ao quarto e o checkin e checkout foi super fácil. O ponto alto foi o atendimento da Ada, super querida que nos recebeu e deu dicas de Siena com o maior carinho. Recomendo a hospedagem.”

“Excellent service! Great communication. A beautiful set up for our family with two rooms. Very accommodating and we loved the slippers. Elevator was great for luggage. A must stay in a beautiful and centrally located area.”

“Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. ”

“Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. “Huge apartment, plenty of space, good kitchen, washing machine, clean and spotless, comfy beds. Did I mention huge space? Right in the middle of the historic city. Note it is on the second floor, so there are stairs. Could do with another sofa in the cavernous living room. Still highly recommended.”
