「Perfect location and amazing staff. They were always available to make recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were also available to make any transportation arrangements for us. Best part they arranged a complimentary glass factory tour to Murano! I also recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. It included many choices and options and was prepared fresh for each individual. 」

「Wir fühlten uns wieder wohl im Hotel, Zimmer, Umgebung, Restaurant.
Was wir leider schade fanden, dass es in der Lobby immer kalt und ungemütlich war sich aufzuhalten, ausser an den Abenden, wenn weniger Bewegung für Zu- und Abgang der Kunden war. Im Restaurant war es etwas besser.
Warum montieren Sie nicht ein Wärmevorhang, speziell vor der Schwingtüre, die ja viel für den Zugang mit Gepäck benutzt werden muss. Auch für den Angestellten Client Service. Man weiss es ist Winter, doch gibt es...

「Location is quite good, just 5 minutes walk from San Marco. It is between the piers of San Marco and the famous bridge. It may be difficult to find at the first time since it is not on a main street. Better use Google map to help you. The room is rather small, but very classic and nicely decorated. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is no elevator since it is an old building. Breakfast is excellent and is served in your room.」
