“Esperienza tutto sommato positiva, vista l'organizzazione del titolare del B&B. La nota purtroppo negativa è dovuta alla mancanza di segnalazione che l'ascensore era fuori uso. La camera era fortunatamente solo al primo piano ma avendo io una gamba molto dolorante, è stato difficile trasportare il bagaglio a mano su dalle scale e portarlo giu successivamente al momento del check out.”

“The staff did a great job with the Complimentary Breakfast. There was a variety and it was tasty and satisfying. They greeted me every morning --- those at the front desk and those at the breakfast bar. The cleaning staff did their job and they did it professionally. Hotel Cristallo is a two minute walk from train station. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns about this hotel. I will stay here again.”

“The hotel is next to the University. There is not many facilities around. One walks for about 8-10 minutes to subway station. However, the room is comfortable with a balcony. Space is reasonable. The rooftop pool is nice. Staff was helpful.”
