"The court yard with the fire pits, s’mores kits and a multitude of games ranging from ping pong, shuffle board, corn hole and on and on. Wonderful seating and lounging areas both inside and outside. The staff was courteous and helpful. T.C. was exceptionally helpful and informed me of an extra perk that I wasn’t aware of…that although check out is 11am you can park there until 3pm without any additional charge. This was wonderful. We could have lunch on the waterfront before we left for the day. I would highly recommend staying at the Zephyr."

"Every staff member was extremely accommodating and efficient, and there were always plenty of staff to serve behind the desk or as bellman, whatever was needed. We had a poolside room, very large and comfortable and super clean. The air conditioning was apparently not functioning in our wing but since high temps were in the 60’s didn’t matter but as compensation they gave us nice grab and go breakfast boxes every day. I was trying to print a map of the zoo in the business center but when I couldn’t make it print, the desk clerk did 2 copies from her computer. The location is a half a block from Union Square so very convenient and safe area"

"Some were great staff and some weird sketchy staff. Normally I don’t make bad reviews but after the hotel was paid through Expedia and then tried charging my card 4 times with different amounts that were not the $100 I paid as deposit. Thankfully my bank rejected all those charges which then made me complain in the front desk, they said their manager had made those charges and that they were a mistake. If you are a serious hotel or even manager, you wouldn’t try charging a client the following amounts: $490, $390, $290 and "
