“We needed a place close to Stoke for an event we were all attending with friends. This place was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. The hours is very large, with a large kitchen and all amenities. We did not use the TV, so unsure of that function and options. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There is a large fenced back yard where kids could play.”

“As I thought I had booked a two bedroom house but ended up in one room with no private bathroom, the kitchen was no clean with pots at the side of the sink and what looked like muck towels. I did stay there as it felt unclean. Very disappointed ”

“An early phone call on the day told us that there was a problem with the toilet flush! But the host was very amenable in giving us the choice of having the house next door instead if we wished. On arrival we chose the original booked house as it had a walk in shower rather than bath and managed to make the faulty flush system work. The communication for key code details was supposed to be 24 hours prior to check in but was only given on the morning. This did not give a feeling of certainty but……
