Unbeatable location

Incredible house with spectacular views! Amazing layout with room for many guests and just minutes from Mountain Village and the free gondola. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked with everything you need to cook. Absolutely would return and highly recommend.

Broken oven, broken fireplace, broken fuse box, broken locks, no parking, no communication

None of the codes provided by the management company worked on any lockbox, electric door lock, or garage. There was only a single key for use across multiple families. The 2 parking spots that were advertised did not exist. There were 5 general parking spots available for 10 units but 1 of those spots was occupied by a port-o-potty and a dumpster.None of the power outlets in the main tv room worked. That meant that the main tv in the house also did not work. We were able to create a workaround ourselves by attaching a 30ft extension cord we had in one of our vehicles to the only functioning outlet in a cabinet.The fireplace in the master bedroom also did not work. The oven was broken. Not having a working oven for families during a weeks vacation is a massive problem.We informed Vacasa (the property management company) of these issues immediately and the need to get things corrected quickly with a pending weekend and holiday. We were told they were reaching out to their local team and would get back to us shortly. No one did. Over 36 hours went by before any contact was made with any local person.That person told us she had only received notice from Vacasa less than an hour before. This despite the fact that we had been told by Vacasa they were working with their local team the entire time. And this was the pattern that would follow for the rest of our trip. Oven, fireplace, and keypads were never fixed. TV was fixed halfway through our vacation.
