"Pictures for this location are deceiving. Staff is friendly, but not very talkative. The property if very old and average at best regarding maintenance. Our room has several large spider webs in the ceiling corners and several large spiders had to be taken care of during our stay. The bathtub and surround had black mold growth. There is a deck patio area with an outside light that cannont be turned off, so your room is lighted all night long. The coffee vats in the lobby were always empty and not filled whenever I attempted to get coffee several times during the day, Room Key cards had to programmed every day because they apparently can program to work for your entire stay. I personally would not stay here again."

"Perfect enough to serve it's purpose as an overnight stay after a day at Busch Gardens. Not immaculate but not mortifying, either. Aged property, but the items that matter were clean and well maintained. IE bedsheets, pillows, towels, carpet, etc."

"The shower water pressure was extremely low. No matter what time we showered during our stay. Also the satellite tv went out at least for a few minutes everyday. Once for 40 minutes while trying to watch a ball game. We tried to call down to the front desk 3 times and no one answered the phone. Breakfast was good and housekeeping was very good. "

"Breakfast was not fresh, lacking selections, it looked like the food there has been sitting there for hours. Pillows are way too soft, no tub to bathe ? That was a downer."

"I will never stay at this hotel again. Other than the front desk staff and housekeeper I can’t recommend anything. We arrived at 4:15pm and our room wasn’t ready. Our phone didn’t work and we had to figure out how to fix it ourselves. Our tv didn’t work and it took the front desk staff 20 minutes to get that working. The furniture was old, ripped and worn. There were stains in the walls. It’s an extended stay with a stove but no silverware, plates, pans. Not even a coffee maker. Our lights weren’t working so all we had was the bathroom light. The hotel smells terrible - like a mixture of dirt and mold. Such a disappointment. Have stayed at this brand before but never again!! Definitely do not recommend!!"
