Plastic flowers outside on the terrace looked cheap. There was a dj playing on Saturday afternoon which meant we could have a drink on the terrace. Aside from these two things we had a lovely stay, the staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was very good.

Really lovely property but hardly slept. The squeaky lift door, late night drinkers from outside and the very hot temperature in the room had me tossing and turning. Couldn’t for the life of my figure out the complicated aircon unit. Brilliant location though and enjoyed the scenery.

The best parts about staying at The Imperial Hotel for us was that it is dog friendly and how well located it is. Shops, food and beautiful beaches literally right on the door step. The hotels terrace view of the North beach was also fantastic and a great place to sit relaxing day or night. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing room in terms of size and view. It was in great condition and the bed was really comfortable. There was a lovely new bathroom too. The staff were extremely nice throughout our stay and we wished we could have stayed longer

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Outside area needs cleaning on top of roof - this is not a used area but is overlooked by people with seaview. To the east side of the terrace.

Great stay at the property staff and everything was very good. issue with lift but that was mechanical and being addressed. Only issue I had was it’s a dog friendly hotel. I appreciate that Tenby is a haven for dog lovers and to have a hotel that can cater for them is a plus for them to get away. However they should have a section of their own away from the general public, this should be a priority for the hotel.If you want a quiet drink / meal you’re seated in the same areas as the owners with their dogs. To have them in same general areas of the bars and restaurant is simply not cool.

I like the property,it is situated in a good location and walking distance from everything .the town and beach.the staff are welcoming and friendly.the food is very good the rooms are so nice and comfortableand relaxing and my husband and i always books a seaview room,and we always go back there even before the renavations were in place.

Very nice hotel. Clean and refurbished, very spacious rooms and aircondition. Could use more staff, as service took a while. Prices were high for drinks and small menu. Would go back and looking forward to see when the rest of building is completed.

Really confused about my stay here the refurb looks great I rember the old hotel it was very dated and I personally think they have done a good job room was a snug room but very good value for money for Tenby comfy bed comfortable pillows clean . I was pretty disappointed with this property given the ratings by other customers. Our TV was not working and despite raising this issue no effort was made to attend the room or address this issue. We also had to wait approx 15 minutes before Tracey was found to check us in and no effort was made to find another member to assist us. I’d look elsewhere in the future.

Beautiful room, kitted out with superb facilities. Hairdryer and kettle were fabulous!! Really comfortable bed and an amazing sea view. Staff were lovely and accommodating. We had a great stay, thank you!

On arrival where greated by friendly staff, but unfortunately the lift was out of order which was not great as my husband had an injury to his leg and had to walk the stairs. Room itself was lovely and clean although we did have to phone for towels. We where really disappointed with the outdoor terrace. It was very dirty with lots of glasses and dirty plates left out even though it was not busy. Bar staff where very friendly and even though it was very quiet it took almost half an hour waiting for our drinks and table service was also slow waiting nearly 15 min just to be served. I understand that there is renovations going on but that side of it didnt bother us at all, it was mainly the very slow service.
