This hotel is barely a 4 star. Its a lilttle run down due to its waterfront location. Staff are ok- waiting or just not getting things is normal here- can't complain about everything it just puts a damper. Website was very misleading- below expectations. Nice promenade along waterfront, had a great meal at Sirena.

Speisesaal aus den 60-er/70-er Jahren, riesig, laut wie eine Bahnhofshalle und laute Musik zu jeder Tageszeit. Büffet sehr vielfältig und auch gut. Kellner bedienen bevorzugt große Gruppen, räumen auch schonmal einfach ab. Lange Wartezeiten für Bestellungen. Es war nicht möglich, ein Glas Wein zu bestellen - nur Flaschen (das Doppelzimmer zu hohem Aufschlag an Einzelreisende zu vermieten, war hingegen kein Problem für das Haus…). Die teuren Zimmer mit Meerblick sind auch die Logen zur Band im Innenhof am Abend. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Trinkgläser, keinen Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine. Beim Einchecken wird ein Bändchen ausgegeben als Zimmerschlüssel und Zahlkarte - dieses muss man for den kompletten Aufenthalt tragen und kann es nicht abnehmen.

Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen im Gegenteil unsere Gastronomie gefallen hat. Was die Art der Buchung als Einzelzimmer betrifft, so sind die Kosten geringer als bei einem Doppelzimmer, aber wie bei allen Hotels, Kreuzfahrten und touristischen Dienstleistungen sind die Kosten höher, wenn Sie ein Doppelzimmer belegen, als wenn Sie die Kosten auf zwei Personen aufteilen. Ihre Pension gilt jedoch für eine Person, und das ist der Preis, den Sie tatsächlich zahlen. Der Wasserkocher ist an der Rezeption erhältlich. Sie müssen nur danach fragen. At the check-in was everything very nice and they welcome us very nicely because of privilege status. They give us a warm welcome and the staff was very nice. I get completely disappointed when we get into the room. While very clean, VERY small. But what totally disappointed me was that terrace that was supposed to be ‘privilege’. Turns out you can't have your curtains open because the people walking outside on that terrace can see in. So if you're thinking about this hotel, my personal take is that the privilege floor is not privileged at all; on the contrary, I would have loved to be on a different floor. Everything else like the staff, the food and the shows was great! I will come back but not to that floor! 😅

We feel a bit disappointed you didn't inform us that you didn't like the location of your room as the privilege rooms are located on the sixth, seventh and eight floor and we could have change your room. Usually guests prefere the sixth floor because it's closer to the lounge but of course it depedns of preferences. Property in need of some modernisation. My room was small for 3 adults and the aircon was insufficient. The room however was kept clean and fresh towels delivers daily if needed. The staff were amazing and the hotel kept clean inside and out. Ample choice for breakfast (I booked b&b) all fresh. Enjoyed my stay

The hotel location was great, near the nice beach and all the nice restaurants and shops, The staff were very welcoming and nice. Dislikes: Hotel had small cockroaches in the room, make sure you close luggage or bags specifically for your dedicated kids skin, however i have heard most of hotels have cockroaches, so its not this hotel only.

I truly loved all the staff! Very helpful and friendly! Did not like the fact that you had to pay for a hot tub or that you had to make an appt for the gym. That was very inconvenient and the gym VERY small so they only allowed 4 people in at a time. There were also too many rules surrounding making appts for meal times. Most all inclusive hotels allow me to go straight to dine and not have to stop and make An appt for each meal. The absolute best time was the live entertainment they had every night but the wifi was terrible. Beautiful infinity pool over looking the ocean was phenomenal!

Personale scortese. Organizzazione pessima. Bisogna prenotare l'orario della colazione e della cena tramite totem in reception con slot di 5 minuti!! Assurdo!! Le stoviglie per la colazione e per la cena erano sempre sporche. Media qualità del cibo. L'unico vantaggio è la vicinanza al mare, anche se Playa de las Américas è meglio. Le stanze sono ben ristrutturate ma i corridoi sono tristi. La piscina è grande ma è sempre molto affollata.

Lovely break in the heart of Las Americas
Last minute booking. Hotel was lovely. Let down by carpeted corridors leading to rooms looking very worn/stained. However, stepping in to the rooms the room was immaculate. Im always disappointed when you book meals and drinks are not included, even water. Overall a great stay just a few niggles.

Soggiorno molto gradevole in camere Privilege, ottima la struttura e la location. Comodissimo il trattamento all inclusive con buona scelta e qualità di pietanze. Personale attento e disponibile. Se proprio vogliamo trovare dei difetti segnalerei la lentezza degli ascensori, le terrazze riservate ai clienti privilege con chiusura alle ore 19:00, allestimento frigobar un po’ scarno, accesso ai lettini della piscina un po’ tardi al mattino. Nel complesso un’ottima struttura, sicuramente ci torneremo e la consiglieremo.

Für uns war das nichts !
Irgendwie hat für uns vieles nicht gepasst. Es waren viele Kleinigkeiten für uns nicht ok, aber es gab auch Dinge, die für uns total daneben waren. Ein wesentlicher Punkt war die Badezimmer Tür. Sie war aus Glas und hatte an allen Seiten einen 2 cm breiten Schlitz. Es war zwar Milchglas, man konnte nicht viel sehen, aber man konnte in dem kleinen Zimmer alles !!! hören. Die Betten waren derart hart, sowas habe ich vorher noch nie erlebt. Wir bekamen zwar Schaumstoffauflagen, da sich wohl schon viele vorher beschwert haben, aber das war kein Ersatz für ein vernünftiges Bett. Das waren für uns Gründe, dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Es gab viele weitere Dinge, die wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten, aber der Platz würde nicht reichen, um alles aufzuschreiben. Wir waren 11 Tage dort und wären gerne eher zurück geflogen, haben aber keinen Flug bekommen. Je mehr Abstand ich habe, um so mehr mehr gruselt es mich.

Make sure your room has a double bed even if solo
Everything is 10/10 for this hotel even after the Covid-19 measure that are in place. Hotel is clean Food is great Drinks service is excellent with all premium brands used Pool is super nice All staff are friendly Would definitely The only thing is to make sure you get a room with a double bed. Having two single beds was super annoying because they was on wheels and moved all the time.

Not again. Far better for same money nearby
with the honourable exception of Bradley on reception , I found the staff to be generally , sometimes wilfully, unhelpful . When paying £100 a night I do not expect to have to pre- book my breakfast time the night before on a screen like those in McDonalds , sometimes having to queue to do so. No doubt ‘because of covid ‘. Well , I’ve stayed in many hotels over the last 15 months and not had to do this . I was refused a late check out as the hotel was full. However, I’m sure they weren’t clean all the rooms on the stroke of 12 and all new guests checking in at 2. It could have been arranged if the staff had actually wanted to . This was no surprise . After a full week I’d become accustomed to such indolence .

Dear Gary, we feel disappointed we couldn't fullfil your expectations. All guests need to book all the meal ( gouverment measures for trasability) . You can do it by the screen ( we have 2) or by your phone in an App ( you don't need to queue so. Late check out is subject to availabilty in all the hotels. We will pass your comments to Bradley! The stay was amazing lovely clean rooms .Not many at the hotel because of covid but just enough.Ive been to a few hotels in my time but the staff was 10/10 .
