"The hotel rooms and main areas are clean. The pools have high volume of chlorine. The warming tub/hot tub, had lots of kids. For health and safety reasons it should be 14 and up. Small kids were jumping in under supervised, swimming under water and used the warming tub/hot tub as a pool when you should only to 15 minutes increments. "

"Cons: The front desk staff were not welcoming at all. I thought it may have just been the person we got at check-in. They were usually gathered together and chatting with each other. It was just an odd vibe for the friendly vibe we expected from this hotel. The hot tub wasn’t working, which was disappointing since it was spring break and the temps were too cold after sundown to use the pools. The MOD was rude to the trainee that had gotten a drink wrong. Pros: The game area was pretty nice, The arcade and pinball machines were free, no coins needed, there was a decent selection of board games for both kids and adults. The decor was so pretty, and the rooms were very spacious! Breakfast was always very good and the staff kept everything filled. They were always nice! The other water area options were fun. If you have kids it’s hard to keep an eye on them from any one area since the layout is stepped and the slide is centered. "

"Very nice property. Very nice staff. Stayed in a deluxe, top floor room and found it was missing some essentials that are common in nice hotels like hooks to hang items in bathroom, bathroom door lacked proper closing to provide privacy. Lighting was not great. Moreso, this is a premium hotel and they should be more transparent during the reservation phase about outside events that are fully occupying hotel amenities that you, as a guest are being charged for in your rate. That's frustrating. It's a complete detriment to staying guests. Parking rates should be listed. It's $57/night to park on property as a guest. Pretty stiff. Not saying the rate is good or bad, just would be like to know on the reservation. I would give this property a 3.75 ⭐ based on other luxury travel experiences."
