“Great experience! Clean, well stocked cabin with thoughtfulness spread throughout. My family enjoyed our stay. Great host communication. ”

“Where do I begin. We arrived and we arrived to someone smoking right outside the front desk entrance, gross. Check in was ok but the front desk guy disappeared for a bit and made us wait. Once we got to our room, that’s when the fun started. One of the beds had stains on the sheets and blanket, had to call housekeeping to change the bedding, they were quick. Then the tv was broken. Called the front desk and the guy had to bring us a new tv. He did set it up quickly. The floor was dirty. There……

“We have stayed here a few times. The hotel is a little old, but is clean. It has a great location for the price. We will continue to use them whenever we want to stay in Gatlinburg and walk to all the attractions.”

“Close to the town, it is easy to take a walk and explore.”

“The elevator smelled horrible. The hallways dingy. There was some nastiness on the back of the bathroom door & when I used my hairdryer & flat iron we flipped a breaker. No ice bucket, lights didn’t work. The bed was clean & staff super nice is the only reason I have a few stars. ”
