「Our room was changed to 2 different rooms when we got there, after a 4 hr drive. The rooms were not clean, there was walmart and DG bags on the floor, broken glass on the floor, the rug was dirty, our sheets were dirty. It was advertised that it was walking distance to downtown, not true. Overall not a great experience.」

「We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. The location was one of the best parts it’s within walking distance to Broadway, the food court, and plenty of restaurants and attractions, so we rarely needed to drive. The little market in the hotel was also incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.」

「I loved the property it was both classy and had ritz. Surprisingly the hotel was built in 2002 but presents as a hotel built in the early 1900’s. The staff was excellent and courteous. There was a library in which to sit and relax or have a bourbon. Would highly recommend and will return.」

「Room was very clean and very well stopped. All the staff that we ran into were extremely helpful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoy the lazy river and the pool. And of course, those nice warm cookies when you arrive. We will definitely stay here again!」
