We had to wait for someone to leave to get a chair the first day. 2nd day we went earlier to ensure we got a chair. “Excellent location to spend your days during in Cartagena. From reception by Nathalie to breakfast service by Liz, we have no words to say how helpful and attentive they were. At nighttime we would be greeted by the desk clerk as well. During every hour of day the staff was very helpful and made you feel welcomed. Highly recommend it.”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……
