「Its great location and beautiful hotel. We loved the adult pool, although it can get very crowded and there are not enough chairs for everyone. We had to wait for someone to leave to get a chair the first day. 2nd day we went earlier to ensure we got a chair. Staff in the buffet dining area were very rude to us and the food was not that great. Also ate at the seafood restaurant for dinner. Was not freshly cooked and was way overcooked and dry. 「Excellent location to spend your days during in Cartagena. From reception by Nathalie to breakfast service by Liz, we have no words to say how helpful and attentive they were.
