「We really enjoyed our stay as the house is a great base for exploring the local area. Being able to walk to the beach was brilliant. Lawrence was a really helpful friendly host and the house had everything you need, including toiletries and kitchen supplies which is so handy. It was nice to have the contained garden for the children to play in too.」

「Lovely house & garden but needs extra sofa in lounge area to accommodate the number of guests staying. Some beds and mattresses need to be replaced as everytime you turn over it creaks and disturbs nights sleep. Other than this we had a great weekend, children thoroughly enjoyed rope swing. Ideal house and great space for our family, 6 Adults and 5 children. 」

「We stayed here early May as a family of 11 plus 2 dogs. Suffice to say, if this was a tick box exercise , this house would tick them all. The kids enjoyed the swimming, the adults enjoyed the company and the dogs loved the garden. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting a peaceful escape, with beach and countryside walks.The hosts were extremely accommodating too. Would book again! 」

「A beautifully converted barn and spa barn, close to fordingbridge. Everything was like new. Had everything we needed although we would have enjoyed the use of a bbq, however there wasn't one available.」

「Richard was a wonderful host and everything mentioned about the property was true.Loved his welcoming email and the cottage itself was charming , ,clean and warm. It was great that we were close to everything and could visit the countryside nearby. Lymington is a charming town and has much to offer. We met up with friends and family at various times and wish we had more time to bask in the glow of Sea Cottage. ! 100 plus stars !」

「Expedia states in listing 2 o'clock check in but when you get access details it states 5 o'clock earliest... No exceptions! Got access details to the main building and to the room fairly quickly. On arrival after 5, I gained access to main building and tried to get into the room but it was locked from the inside, so other than breaking the door in you couldn't gain entry. The office which is your contact to the property closes at 5 so you have to go through Expedia to try and get sorted as...
