“This is a great property, convenient to everything. The town is charming.”

“A great property overlooking the estuary. Lovely rooms, and great balconies to enjoy the view. Well equipped.”

“Great accomodation, we will be back”

“Lovely place to stay. Right next to the new forest national park with easy access to so many nearby attractions. Will definitely return again. ”

“Lovely property that worked well for 12 adults. Some bedrooms were a bit small. The big tables so we could all sit together, inside or out, were more important then I realised. Timo was friendly and happy to help.”

“We’ve had a fabulous week in Highcliffe. The house was a good size for 7 of us, plus 2 dogs and has a very well equipped kitchen (although a bigger cafetière would be great!). Beds very comfy. We spent a lot of time in the garden thanks to fabulous weather. It was perfect with a good sized dining table, BBQ and plenty of seating and loungers. The garden is enclosed for dogs. Proximity to the beach surpassed expectation - especially on a busy and hot bank holiday weekend. So great to be able to……

“The house was wonderfully located and the off street parking was a big plus. We could easily walk to multiple ships, restaurants and attractions. The washer dryer was a great convenience. Jim and Leanne were very responsive for the one request we had. The HUGE problem we had was that the beds were the worst I have ever experienced in a rental. Even the bed in the main bedroom was 2 twin folding frames, each with a thin uncomfortable mattress. I understand the narrow stairs present a challenge to……

“Enjoyable stay and very helpful host. Property is as described and true to the pictures in the listing. Would book again. The entrance to the property was a little trick to find the first time. If you need an exact point using ///sunbeam.prove.park on what three words.I recommend bringing beach appropriate footwear for the beaches which are close.”

“Ideal for a large family gathering.”

“Wonderful house suited our needs a lovely wedding weekend great hot tub. Prepare for mosquitoes though as near the lakes. Host was amazing as I’m a stickler for detail as mother of the bride!!”

“Nice house very spacious had a lovely stay very quiet area would reccomend”

“Great location and everything you need for a short stay at Portsmouth. Space really is quite small, so was fine for just one, but might be a little tight for two. Oddly, no kettle for tea/coffee and Nespresso machine did not work. Neither did stovetop. Shower, fridge, and everything else was fine.”

“Beautiful house with endless facilities for our family to enjoy.”

“The bungalow was well situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It was nice & clean & tidy & very well equipped. The garden was secure for our dog. The outside let it down, unfortunately.”

“Great house in a fantastic location”

“You get what you pay for”

“Our first impression was of delight, as the host left 2 boxes of cupcakes for us which was a very unexpected surprise and which we have never received in any other places we have stayed in. We were also provided with cleaning products, body wash etc, plenty of toilet roll, coffee pods etc. The bungalow was a little tired in places and needed a little tlc but this didn’t put us off. I would also suggest that instructions are provided for the coffee machine, oven and dishwasher. We would……

“Very enjoyable stay in Lymington. Richard was a very good & responsive host. The Property is close to the marina and also to the town centre. The beds were very comfortable.”
