"Over the Easter weekend, it was completely chaotic and a bit too busy, especially at breakfast. But that's not the hotels fault. "It was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend as long as there’s no construction in the hotel. They started hammering and drilling early. When we checked out, I told them construction in a hotel can’t be that early. She asked what time and said she would let the manager know because they weren’t supposed to start until nine. "Had a lovely day out at the nearby zoo and this hotel was very convenient to be able to stay close by and enjoy a mini break. The staff and service was brilliant and really friendly. The hotel is a little tired in places but the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay but it didn't affect our overall experience. Food in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was also really good with lots to choose from. Would recommend "
