“What a gem. The most comfortable beds I've ever had at a hotel. So quiet for sleeping, a lovely Italian Cafe below much frequented by the locals because of the quality of their pastries. A useful cornershop nearby, lots of resturants and either walkable to the main areas, or you can take one of the easily accessible buses or trams! We loved it!”

“The two of us had a nice stay at this property in Testaccio and would be happy to stay there again. Generally quiet but interesting neighborhood with a local feel but convenient to sites (by public transportation, and Colisseum area is within walking distance). Bed quality was fine and linens were all clean. Everything worked. Quibbles . . . Did not open sofa bed, but cushions were too soft for sitting and cover was grimy on the armrests. “Took city train from airport. When we got off city train it was hard to find the bus we needed to get on to to go to the hotel so we took a cab. Cost about 11 euro. Instruction that I got through Watsup from hotel was very clear (make sure you download Watsup app. Most hotel if not all in Europe is the way they will communicate with you) Hotel was great. Easy access to restaurants and bars. It also behind a pharmacy and grocery store. About 30 min walk to the colosseum. Room was clean and cozy.……
