“Casa Guttmann is in right location near the tourist spots in Centro Storica. We feel safe and secured in this place. Our room is so clean each day of the entire stay. All staff are so friendly and very accomodating with superb hospitality. Special mention to the ladies Princess and Dianne at the front desk and likewise the cleaning lady who are excellent in redering their service. The manager is so kind to assist us. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up!👍👍”

“From the moment we stepped in to the hotel to the time we left two days later, our every need was met. Signor Marco greeted us, filled us in on where to go for dinner, arranged our ride to the airport, and even arranged for us to get a quick breakfast before the dining room opened because we had an early flight. The room was tiny but well appointed. The location can’t be beat! ”

“The first day when we arrived after 13 hours flight in the very early morning , we understand we can only check in after 2pm, we would like to get changes for the day by using the hotel's dressing room, after we opened our luggage and getting change half way, we have been told that to close up all our luggage immediately and 2 of us only able to use the dressing room by 5mins.
Under happy experience of this stay, but good location.”

"We stay in a double bed room on New Year’ eve for 3 nights. We enjoy staying here so much for the following reasons:
1. Shower water is hot, water pressure is strong. Enclosed shower room.
2. A/C works functionally
3. Common kitchen is incredibly clean and fully equipped.
4. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff team. They help us arrange transportation and store our luggage after check out.
5. No noise
My first experience in youth hostel turned out very satisfying, highly recommend."
