“My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I had reserved and prepaid for would not include access to the second bedroom because there were only two guests listed on the reservation. This made little sense, as I specifically booked and paid for a two-bedroom suite with two king beds so that each guest would have their own room and bed. Rather than proactively resolving the issue, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee to access……

“Excellent Stay – Perfect Location by Trevi Fountain We had a wonderful experience staying at Palazzetto Trevi in Rome. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a 1-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, which made our trip even more special. The area is very lively and safe, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Even late at night (around 1:00 AM), the streets were full of people and open places, so we always felt comfortable walking around. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained.……

“The first day when we arrived after 13 hours flight in the very early morning , we understand we can only check in after 2pm, we would like to get changes for the day by using the hotel's dressing room, after we opened our luggage and getting change half way, we have been told that to close up all our luggage immediately and 2 of us only able to use the dressing room by 5mins. Under happy experience of this stay, but good location.”
