“Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. A lot of the surrounding area has yet to recover. We understood this before going down but wanted to support the area. The room we stayed in was one of the nicer ones. During our week……

“I like have a bar , when you relax have some wine it’s good Idea, also so close to san old Carlos, has a lot of good restaurants. But blanket too terrible, when I touch it and I will woke up, so I had to took it alway, and then I cool. And air conditioner so nose, whole night I slept not will at all. Actually it is very good situation, Also workers super nice, just blanket really bad. I’m not sure if Next time I will back there, if they change blanket, I will back. ”

“Spent a fantastic 4 days there, really enjoyed relaxing in the lazy river and by the pool and doing the fun family activities. Also, the unexpected dance party our last night was a great way to end the vacation!”

“Super clean! The wellness center is amazing! My only complaint is the restaurant doesn’t open until 2 pm and although there is a smoothie bar in the gym, there was no one working it. Overall though the hotel is great. I would stay there again!”

“The check in process was a total nightmare. Took us an hour to get our room that was already paid for because they can’t hire an actual person for the front desk, just someone on a screen and many parties to check in ahead of us. The stay was fine other than this and if I had known this was how to check in I would not have booked here. ”

“The property was centrally located to multiple areas we wanted to see. It was quiet and easy to get on and off the property to the main road. There was no beach access but it was very close to the lovers key beach access. Not walkable but an easy drive. You definitely need to have a car. You couldn’t walk to anyplace accept Flippers restaurant, which always had at least an hour wait. ”

“Grounds and lobby are very nice. Ample parking, well lit at night. Room was just ok. Cracked tile, peeling caulk in bathroom. Keurig coffee a plus. ”
