「由於航班延誤令我係Melbourne 冇內陸機轉往Townsville, 故需要轉機Sydney 再轉內陸機往Townsville, 當到達Townsville 時reception 已經收咗工，第一晚有職員向我講暫時給我一間房間我，待明天可以轉去另一間望風景好啲嘅房，但之後該酒店職員表示full booking 冇房可以轉，於是我便由去，但我每日都往要求轉房，去到第五日，他們表示有房但轉房需要我付checkout 費用，我從未聽過轉房要比此費用，簡直荒謬， 而且我住十日酒店只幫我清潔過一次房間，都係我要求先咁做，oh my god 」
