"Lovely old building staff friendly & helpful- room was clean & warm."

"room was fine. staff good but house keeping let it down. never changed towels or emptied bin. didnt wash up cutlery. just a little lazy. food in bar is way too expensive so didnt eat."

"The bathroom was starting to flood from the shower so i took out the plug to be greeted by a plug hole full of hair .which i cleaned out . please see attached picture. The breakfast was bacon that looked raw, Mushrooms that had been boiled to with an inch disintegration. When i complained didn't even get offered a refund Just i will let my manager know "

"The landlady was very helpful and we even got a coupon from gardener’s world to visit gardens for half price. We could eat the plums and apples from the trees.On arrival there were flowers and a welcome package of essentials. She was the best landlady you could have."
