“They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside.”

“⭐️ 1/5 stars — and that's only because the review system won't let me give it zero. This wasn't a Super 8 Motel. It was more like the "Homeless Express Inn & Disease Convention Center." The moment we opened the door, we were hit with a nauseating combination of body odor, stale cigarette smoke, mildew, and regret. The smell alone should have qualified as a health code violation. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were random hairs all over the bathroom, the towels looked like they had……

“As always at Embassy Suites, the breakfast was excellent. However; the happy hour was not...Two free drinks...bottom shelf off brand liquor or draft beer, and cheese and crackers, potato chips and fruit. Very lack luster.”

“The room was a mess. It looked like someone ransack the cabinets when I came it. Everything was open. There were no dishes, no lightbulbs in a few lamps and the bathroom handle was loose. Outdated furniture and the housekeeper knocked on the door basically asking when we were leaving. As if there isn’t a check out time. ”

“The room was not cleaned, there were stains and food debris on the sheets, clear signs of bedbugs being present, all metal surfaces were rusted over, the mattresses were damp and sticky, the "staff" was a video kiosk that connected to a call center. Even after not staying in the room at all, and alerting the "staff" of all the issues and that I wanted to cancel my stay (I wasn't in the room for more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave) they refused to refund my money unless they showed me……

“I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for.”
