"The room was acceptable, and while the white sheets seemed fine, the bed covers had a noticeable brown stain."

"Hot water didn’t work in my room, bathroom door didn’t close, not to mention the traffic at that hotel alone. So much noise outside my room from an altercation outside. I don’t plan on going back there,, I left to check out at crack of dawn before my actual check out. I honestly at that point wanted a refund, very uncomfortable there "

"Clean room but some highlights of a dated building or damage. The hallway had a chunk of wall missing, the toilet tank was running (sound wise) constantly, the ceiling in the bathroom was a bit rusty and had unfinished paint, little things like that. I’d say it way average, not exceptional. Staff was neutral to kind. Parking options nearby were plentiful thankfully."

"The bar was good. Breakfast looked great but there is a $19 charge for it. Big selection with fresh made eggs your way."

"Room was clean however I was given a room with a broken stove and microwave. I booked from Friday to Monday and had my family. It was a huge inconvenience as I booked this hotel for the kitchen they had to avoid spending so much on outside food during my trip. We weren’t able to be accommodated and moved to another room until Sunday afternoon. They did refund me for the first two nights so I was appreciative for that. Just wish I had a room that worked throughout my entire stay. Otherwise everything else was fine, staff was kind and didn’t seem to be annoyed during my grievances."

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was covered in homeless people. It was dirty. There were no pillow cases on the bed nor a blanket. There was a nail sticking out of the wall. Someone shot a gun next door in the middle of the night. It was terrible. I was genuinely scared for my life."

"The staff to serve breakfast on Sunday morning did not show up, so there was no breakfast served that morning and no coffee either. On my last nite staying, it was Sunday nite and the elevator was making some kind of really lous clanging noise when it moved and could be heard all nite long and very annoying to myself and im sure guest as well"
